Terrine du Berger with brousse and mint 100g

Corsican brousse is a fresh, creamy cheese, and spiced up with local aromatic herbs such as mint,
this terrine offers a unique blend of textures and aromas.
Perfect as a starter or aperitif, it can be enjoyed with farmhouse bread or a glass of Corsican wine,
for a gustatory journey to the heart of island traditions.

Ingredients: pork fat, poultry liver, brousse 18% (whey and ewe's milk, salt), pork meat, onions, wine brandy, salt, mint 0.9%, potato starch, pepper, spices and herbs.

All our meats are of French origin.

Made in a workshop using nuts. No colorants or preservatives. Serve chilled
