All our fresh products are vacuum-packed for optimum preservation.

Practical advice:

For fresh consumption as an aperitif, we recommend choosing a dry figatellu. You should remove the skin before cutting it into thin slices. If the Figatelli you have on hand are too fresh, you can place one in the fridge three or four days before consumption
