It is a speciality elaborated by our care. The chestnut is the symbol of Corsica, the chestnut tree being nicknamed "the bread tree". The pieces of fruit bring softness and mellowness.

Ingredients: Pork - poultry liver - chestnut 20 %- onions - brandy - salt - garlic - wheat starch - pepper - natural spices and aromatics.
