Nougat with Clementine 100g

The Corsican Clementine, harvested at maturity for more flavour, is then candied in our factory to be integrated into our Nougat. The finely sliced pieces flavor the Charles Antona Nougat with Corsican Clementine deliciously, giving it back soft and subtle flavors in the mouth.

Ingredients : Almonds 20 %, syrup of glucose, inverted sugar, cane sugar, icing sugar, honey of Corsica A.O.P. 7 %, fondant (sugar, glucose, water), candied clementines 7 %, white of egg, unleavened bread (starch of potato, water), natural extract of vanilla. May contain traces of nuts and hazelnuts. Store in a cool, dry place.
