Description of the product

Naturally bursting with sunshine, Charles Antona Extra Corsican Clementine Jam is a real concentrate of vitamins with subtle and slightly acidulous flavours. The clementines of this recipe profit from the European label; sign of origin and quality, IGP (Protected Geographical Indication). Ideal to enjoy on slices of toast for a gourmet break.

Prepared with 60g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g. Ingredients: clementines, cane sugar 40%, glucose syrup, lemon juice, jelling agent: fruit pectin. Made in a workshop using nuts and milk. Despite all our care, this jam may contain a seed. Keep in a cool place after opening

Excellente confiture que nous avons découverte lors de notre premier séjour en Corse. Texture très agréable, pas trop sucrée, sucre de canne et clémentines corses juste ce qu'il faut !!!
