Product description
A wild berry from the Corsican scrubland, the arbouse is a fruit much appreciated for its high concentration of vitamin C and its particularly sweet taste. Its tree, the arbutus, is nicknamed the strawberry tree in reference to the color of its fruits. Charles Antona's Corsican Jelly with Arbutus is eaten for breakfast on a generous slice of soft cake.
Prepared with 50g of fruit for 100g. Total sugar content: 62g for 100g. Ingredients: arbutus juice, cane sugar 39%, glucose syrup, gelling agent: fruit pectin, lemon juice, acidifying agent: citric acid. Made in a workshop using nuts and milk. Keep in a cool place after opening.
