Our jams are prepared without too much glucose, just good fruits and cane sugar, quite simply!

Naturally bursting with sun, the Extra Jam of Corsica Charles Antona to the Clementine and to the honey of Corsica A.O.P is a true concentrate of vitamins to the subtle savours. The clementines of this recipe profit from the European label; sign of origin and quality, IGP (Protected Geographical Indication). Ideal to enjoy on slices of toast for a gourmet break.

Prepared with 57g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 60g per 100g.

Ingredients: clementines, cane sugar 47%, honey of Corsica A.O.P 1%, gelling agent: pectin of fruit.

Manufactured in a workshop using nuts and milk. To preserve with the expenses after opening.

In spite of all our care, this jam can contain pips. Net weight 350g
