Rustic head pâté

Made according to a traditional Corsican hunter's recipe, the head pâté is composed of selected pork meats cooked with small pieces of carrots. You will appreciate it as an appetizer accompanied by a salad and steamed potatoes with parsley.

Ingredients: Pork head, onions, parsley, pork gelatin, salt, pepper, garlic. Made in a workshop using nuts and milk. No colouring or preservatives. Serve chilled. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
